1. Breeding 2002

Due to single handedly building a new koi farm from scratch this year, my breeding was seriously hindered. Apart from one tank raised spawn of kohaku in April the first spawning at the farm was not until the end of June. Although I had planned on spawning 20 females, I only managed 6, these were 2 kohaku, 1 sanke, chagoi, hariwake and kujaku. 

I have produced some beautiful koi this year, though I have not had much chance to photograph them as yet. Here for tasters are a couple.
