Return to blog calendar

Well tomorrow is Tom's last day and he has been working hard, trying to leave the hollows in the bottom of the mud ponds as flat as possible. When they dry sufficiently, I will start working the bottoms with the rotovator. This is a job that takes a while because I tend to get impatient waiting for them to dry, so work my way in slowly until the wheels on the rotovator start to spin and then reverse up. Then I wait another few days and push in a little further.

I had a visit from Stuart the PPI rep today, Pet Products International are the UK distributors for Hikari food. Although they realise they cannot supply food for the bulk of my koi, they wondered if I was interested in feeding my better koi with their foods. Anyone interested in me carrying Hikari?

I'm putting together some more photos for the Album, so keep checking to see the updates.

The warmer, sorry milder weather must be saving me a little on the oil bill of late. My tank is being topped up every 18 days at the moment, but it could probably go an extra couple of days this time.
