Selecting koi was again the order of the day, this time Shiro Utsuri from the Omosako line and Showa from the Momotaro line. I've bred some nice shiro in the past, but this year is another step forward. I'm spoiled for choice!
The photo does the koi no justice, but check out the little one bottom left.
The center one is a whopper, that may have to be kept as breeding stock.
