Spent a while trying to clean up the digger!
Tomorrow I plan to start harvesting the mud pond I put off a couple of days ago. I increased the amount of water going in to top the pond up to the brim. This will help harvesting, especially as I shall be doing it on my own. It is surprising how hard work it is on the back lifting koi after koi and it is just that bit harder when having to reach down into a pond that is not filled to the brim.
I think one of the Zebra finch pairs has started laying eggs.
